CAM Services, a maintenance services company based in the Denver Metro area, came to G Squared Design with a need for a new company headquarters building, having selected a site with an existing building.
As a result, the project included the retrofit of an existing building to accommodate necessary office spaces, common spaces, and conference rooms, as well as a building addition for a vehicle maintenance shop and storage, a new building for storage, and a site design that houses the volume of equipment that CAM Services requires.
